Shirika la Door of Hope to Women and Youth Tanzania (DHWYT) kupitia programu ya Afya, tunasaidia Wanawake na Vijana juu Unasihi wa Lishe na huduma, na Sayansi ya Makuzi, malezi na maendeleo ya awali ya Mtoto.
